Founded in 2020, the company addresses the inefficiencies in clinical data collection, processing, and utilization, aiming to enhance healthcare outcomes through cutting-edge technology. 

Our core platform includes modules such as CliniNote Assistant, DataCollector, Annotator, and ClinTrial, designed to support healthcare providers (HCPs), site management organizations (SMOs), pharmaceutical companies, and contract research organizations (CROs). These tools offer seamless integration with existing hospital information systems (HIS) and electronic health records (EHR), thereby streamlining workflows without altering established processes.

History of clininote

To Provide Comprehensive Quality Care

2020: FOUNDING

CliniNote was founded in 2020 with the goal of revolutionizing clinical data management and addressing critical inefficiencies in the healthcare industry. Our foundations were built on the expertise of our founders and collaboration with clinicians from the National Institute of Oncology in Warsaw, enabling us to develop innovative solutions for structured clinical data. 

2020-2022: Platform Development

In the initial phase of development, CliniNote focused on perfecting its technology, which culminated in the market launch of the CliniNote platform between late 2022 and early 2023. This launch marked a significant milestone, with our solutions being successfully implemented in several hospitals and used in two major European projects, reflecting our commitment to advancing clinical data management. 

2023: Strategic Growth

In the fall of 2023, CliniNote secured its first institutional funding round, led by Berlin-based Sunfish Partners and supported by a group of healthcare business angels. Insights gained from the DayOne Health acceleration program, along with collaborations with leading pharmaceutical companies and CROs, allowed us to refine our strategy and expand our impact in the industry. 

Today: Market Success and Recognition

CliniNote has rapidly grown into a significant player in the health-tech industry. Our solutions have been validated by customers, leading to successful collaborations with industry leaders such as Novartis, MSD, and IQVIA. We have established a presence in key EU markets through strategic partnerships with Idea4RC and DigiOne/IQVIA. 

Our achievements have been recognized by the industry, with CliniNote being named a finalist at the DayOne Health and Boom Summit (2024) and identified as one of the “20 start-ups to watch in cancer tech” by Sifted (2023).
